What we treat

Every treatment starts with a full physical assessment. We identify what is driving your pain before deciding how to treat it.

Your first visit takes about an hour. We take a history of the problem, assess your movement, strength and joint function, explain what we think is causing the pain, and start treatment the same day.

No. You can book directly with us. If we find something that needs a doctor’s opinion or imaging, we will tell you and refer you on.

It depends on the condition and how long you have had it. Many problems improve within 7 to 14 sessions. You will get an estimate after the first assessment.

Most treatment is not painful. Some techniques can feel uncomfortable in the first session or two, especially with very stiff joints. Tell your therapist and the intensity will be adjusted.

Loose, comfortable clothing that lets us examine the affected area. For knee or back problems, shorts or loose trousers work best.

Yes. We follow your surgeon’s protocol and build a recovery plan around the stage you are at. Please bring your operation notes if you have them.

Physiotherapy built around your condition

No two patients recover the same way. Your plan depends on what the assessment finds, how long the problem has been there, and what you need to get back to — work, sport, prayer, or simply walking without pain.
